Our Compensation Plan

At Family First Life Guardian Agent, compensation starts at 100%, and our agents are eligible for a raise every two months based on volume and sales, going all the way up to 140%.  This is well above the industry average.  Additionally, new agents are vested day one and earning renewals, and they are eligible for bonuses.  The average new agent makes $100,000.

We offer multiple coverage options for our customers with several top carriers.  Global Atlantic, Americo, AIG, Transamerica, Foresters Financial, John Hancock, Mutual of Omaha, Royal Neighbors of America, and Athene Annuity,

Innovative Lead Program

At Family First Life there is no cold calling to generate sales.  We have a system by which we work with various vendors to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.  Each lead is the name of someone who has contacted them for help.  Our agents are only dealing with people who are actively seeking life insurance.

Free Unlimited Training

Agents who join Family First Life have access to training that is free and unlimited, online and in-person.  New agent training is 100% online and can be done in about a week.  This is done either while he or she is preparing to take the state exam, or it can be done afterwards. 
Family First Life has ongoing training opportunities including meetings at affiliate offices across the country where new agents are encouraged get plugged-in and enjoy free access to dialing rooms. 

Multiple Types of Income

We offer several streams income:  total income, personal production income, override income, and renewal income.
Direct sales commissions are from the policies that the agent sells—the average paycheck for each policy is $675.  Agency overrides are commission earnings from a policy sold by an agent you hire—the average override commission is 15% of the annual premium.  Renewal commissions are paid annually on certain types of policies when a contract renews—the average renewal commission is 5% of the annual premium. 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System

Our CRM is an innovative tool that uploads our agents’ leads as soon as they come in, allowing the agent to track the status of each lead at every stage.  This also enhances the relationship with the customer, giving the agent relevant, up-to-date information on the customer, allowing for more informed and appropriate product offerings.
